,My name is LoriAnn Hartnett. I am a survivor of Domestic Violence. I know what it's like to be abused, psychologically, emotionally, physically, financially and litigationally by someone you loved and created a relationship and family with. I know the feeling of complete grief and utter despair knowing that someone you loved could treat you this way. I know the constant fear of wondering what's going to happen to me or my children next. I was there and I want to help you and your family.
After 10 years in an abusive marriage and 5 and a half years of increased violence post divorce, I learned through experience where the legal system designed to protect abuse victims is failing. And, I believe that I have a different avenue, a unique approach that I wish was available to help me. A friend joked with me once about having "A Bad Biker Gang" as an ally, a presence. The concept didn't make sense until years later when I was still being targeted for increased abuse.
